Founder of Metamorphosis, Ria Jethi, challenges the way we humans function. She advocates a radical rethink of our educating and working systems, to nurture creativity and recognise multiple types of intelligence. Why don't we get the best out of people? She strongly believes that it's because we've been educated to become good workers, rather than creative thinkers. Individuals with anxious minds and bodies -- far from being cultivated for their energy and curiosity -- are ignored or even stigmatised, with terrible ramifications.
